Section 1
Abbreviation and Commencement
(1) The name of this Act is "Act for Reconstruction of Structures Affected by Earthquake, 2072".
(2) This Act shall come into force forthwith
(3) This Act shall remain in force for as long as the term of office of the Authority continues.
